“Really happy with the job. Felicia did adjusting my K2 ski boots. They hurt bad right over the arch. Specially the right foot hurts so bad I couldn’t even buckle it over the arch. She adjusted them by stretching out the shell after heating it and now the boots fit great no pain can wear them comfortably and ski for hours, I will go back here again for any future adjustments and also for purchasing ski equipment. I always found the store help to be very friendly and knowledgeable there. If you have problems with ski boots, not fitting I do recommend going and seeing Felicia.”

When Asurion wouldn’t initially follow through on the plan’s promise, Trish and Ryan didn’t give up—they stayed with it and worked tirelessly to make things right.
This took a significant amount of time and effort on their part: countless calls, emails, approvals, and follow-ups. In a time when few people are willing to put in that kind of extra work for a customer, their dedication really stood out. “Honestly a great selection of shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, tumblers, headbands, scrunchies, bumper stickers, magnets (& probably more that I’m forgetting) for some local surrounding schools. Charlie, the dog, was there to give us the warmest welcome ever & enjoyed playing fetch while we browsed the store. Love this place!!”
