I went to the nearest branch and was able to sit down with Breanna. She looked at what happened to my account and refunded the fee. All of this in under 10 minutes. Breanna was incredibly helpful, and this kind of service is why I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 12 years, and why I have encouraged multiple people to open accounts here.
