“This review is regarding a service I had done about 2 months ago, but figured I’d write a review since my issue is recurring. My Hyundai is suffering from engine issues related to Recall 218 and Service Campaigns 966 and 993 and is an incredibly frustrating situation – but Kate from the service center was very patient with me and helped to solve my immediate problems. I am having this issue recur today where my engine failed and I broke down on the side of a dangerous highway as predicted and Suresky Hyundai was the only Hyundai servicer within 100 miles of where I broke down that was understanding of my emergency and able to schedule me for diagnostics in under 24 hours.”

The staff was friendly and attentive, and my vehicle was service promptly. I was very satisfied with the work performed on my truck. He also put extra time in to get it done as soon as possible so my son could get back to college before classes started. I honestly have to say he knew his stuff, took pictures, and was extremely attentive to the whole car, not just what we discussed. I think he enjoyed the challenge.. haha”
