I worked with Roberto (Salesperson), Anthony (Manager) and Marcus (Product Specialist), they were all incredibly informative and expressed great interest in helping me resolve my situation without coming off as overbearing or pushy as you may find typical with other dealers. I could not recommend them more, I am very happy with the process and the vehicle I was fortunate enough to leave with!

“Chris at A and W saved my family! We were in the area on vacation from Massachusetts and my F150 broke down. The AAA rep (Sebastian Diaz I think) who helped me recommended A and W in Goshen and I am so thankful. I had the truck dropped off after hours and called first thing in the morning. Chris was very attentive, understood the urgency and promised to prioritize our service. The truck was fixed on time and we were able to leave on our expected date of departure and I could not have asked for better. AND the price was less than quoted! Thank you for everything”

“Updated Review: After our original communications with the dealership and leaving this review we did hear from a manager. The manager was really helpful and ultimately hashed out a solution with Ford which included getting the fix for the vehicle done now. The wipers are now working and the manager is going to assist with making sure the work is covered as part of the known recall. Would say 4 stars because of the amount of effort to get to this point, but I gave 5 stars for the manager making a resolution happen quickly.

Original Review: Not the most helpful when the car has issues. My mother's 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100k miles has wipers that keep stuttering, freezing up midway, and then not moving at all. There is a recall, but no fix for all potentially impacted vehicles has been designated. In the meantime, Ford knows that for vehicles that actually have the issue, a motor replacement will get the wiper to work. Healey and Ford America both refuse to cover the work despite their known defect, so my mother has a car that can't be safely driven in snow/rain, or any less-than-ideal weather. Great job of standing by the product they sell.”

“I happened to be in Goshen for a day and my AC was not blowing as cold as it should. I have a newer car with newer AC system and so started calling around to see if anyone could work on it sa.e day. Mike personally called me back within 15 minutes and told me to bring it over. I dropped it off and 4 hours later he had it backed to me blowing super cold. His communication was great, service was awesome, and attention to detail great. He even called me right before he left the shop for the day to make sure it was still blowing cold. That was probably my first and last time in Goshen, but I would recommend Mike's Auto Care to anyone. Thanks Mike, you did great!”

“What a great group of experience helpful nice mechanics. I was on a trip to NY and NH when my motorcycle deck stopped functioning. Do you know how heavy a 2006 Ultra Classic is on top of that deck? Had to find a shop in a pinch outside of my home town. Also one that worked on small hydraulic pumps. This shop took me right in, diagnosed the problem, and worked a solution. Got me back on track.
