“I needed a wheelchair for my daughter so she could attend her team’s softball game. I reached out to Robbie through Facebook, and even though his store was closed, he opened it just to help us. He then personally delivered the wheelchair right to the field. The level of kindness and compassion he showed meant more to our family than words can express. Robbie truly went above and beyond. May God bless him always. Highly recommend!”

“Champs absolutely deserves five stars based on the service alone. The staff here is on another level — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment you walk in. You don’t get that fake, pushy retail energy. They actually listen to what you’re looking for and take the time to help you find the right size, the right style, or even a better deal you didn’t notice. What really stood out to me is how attentive they were without hovering. They checked in just enough to make sure I was good, but still gave me space to look around. When I needed a different shoe size, they were quick, and when I asked questions about fit and comfort, they knew what they were talking about. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. They had a great selection of sneakers, clothing, and accessories, and the staff helped point out a couple items that ended up being exactly what I wanted. Overall, Champs is one of the few places where the experience matches the product. Great staff, great energy, and great customer service every time I come in. Definitely a 5-star visit.”

“I had a positive experience shopping at JD Sports in Middletown. The store offers a wide selection of popular athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories from top brands like Nike, adidas, Jordan, and more. The staff was friendly and helpful in assisting me to find exactly what I was looking for. The layout of the store made it easy to browse through options, and I appreciated the variety of styles available. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking to upgrade their sportswear or sneaker collection while visiting the Galleria at Crystal Run. I’d definitely recommend checking it out!”
