“As a person with wide feet and has trouble finding shoes, I was expecting the usual sales experience - Go in to the store and be pushed to purchase shoes that wouldn’t fit properly and deal with mild shoe discomfort by sizing up.
Instead Frank provided an in-depth consultation and found the perfect shoe for my needs. I had zero intention of purchasing shoes before coming in, but as soon as I tried on some shoes he recommended, I could instantly tell they were the perfect fit. I usually have issues with most shoes, but this time I didn’t. There was no pressure to purchase them but I’m glad I did.
Very pleased I stopped by and will now be purchasing shoes from him the next time I need a new pair!”

“Best archery shop I’ve worked with in 40 years of bow hunting. Paul patiently walked me through every step of trying out a new Mathews and a new Hoyt. Then he talked me through accessories (sight, rest, etc.). Gave me great options and let me decide. Never a hard sell on anything. These guys know their gear, and they sell only excellent quality. Highly recommend for new bow hunters or experienced bow hunters. They also sell crossbows and will help you get your old bow in top shape for the season.”
“Champs absolutely deserves five stars based on the service alone. The staff here is on another level — friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment you walk in. You don’t get that fake, pushy retail energy. They actually listen to what you’re looking for and take the time to help you find the right size, the right style, or even a better deal you didn’t notice.
What really stood out to me is how attentive they were without hovering. They checked in just enough to make sure I was good, but still gave me space to look around. When I needed a different shoe size, they were quick, and when I asked questions about fit and comfort, they knew what they were talking about. That kind of customer service makes a huge difference.
The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to shop in. They had a great selection of sneakers, clothing, and accessories, and the staff helped point out a couple items that ended up being exactly what I wanted.
Overall, Champs is one of the few places where the experience matches the product. Great staff, great energy, and great customer service every time I come in. Definitely a 5-star visit.”

“I was looking for 3 canopy’s in white… the canopy’s were stacked on top of each other. The ones I needed were way in bottom I would have to move about 15 tents to get the ones I needed.. to make it worse the one at the bottom had a photo of a blue canopy.. Damaris scanned them and they scanned white!!!!!! She proceeded to help me dig them out and helped me carry them to the counter!! Great customer service… I am a regular customer there and will continue to be a loyal customer.”
