“Blossom is an eclectic, funky, cool gift shop. They have Candleman candles and so many other incredible treasures to find! I got a beautiful tapestry and a beautiful globe candle. They also have an online shop and every time I receive a delivery there is a beautiful drawing on the box and a thank you note included! Blossom is a wonderful place owned by wonderful people!”

After a pet unfortunately had an accident on our new rug, I reached out for some tips to get the stain out which she shared and also offered a gift card since she felt bad that happened. “My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were in need of a replacement for an old wood stove that was not up to code. We wanted a wood insert for several different reasons and came across the One Stop Fireplace Shop in Niagara Falls.
After walking into the gigantic store (they literally sell EVERYTHING related to fireplaces, grills, stoves, Barbecues and all of the related accessories) I was greeted by Ian and began browsing all of the options they had on their showroom floor. Ian patiently walked me through all of the different brands and options available and then explained the various price options (all were quite reasonable when compared to other stores in the Region).
I left the store under no pressure to buy and was impressed by the combination of knowledge and friendliness of the staff onsite. I returned the next week with my wife and Ian (once again) patiently walked our family through the various options and prices available. After agreeing upon a unit, price and installation date, the following steps were just as easy and smooth as the first interaction.
Ian is a first class salesman, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and focused on learning the customer's needs and then tailoring the options available to exceed expectations. The entire process (sale, installation, payment and follow up) was all professional, my family couldn't have asked for a better experience and/or fireplace.

Then the ladies who work at the fabric station honestly make you feel like family. It’s not necessary but boy does it make you feel better walking into a store whose company has such a negative reputation.”

“I called to inquire if they had a particular glass shade for a Fenton Hobnail Lamp and they assured me that they me that they have them. I packed up my lamp and drove right over. Very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable team. They unwrapped my lamp and provided a replacement and without asking he tightened the bulb receptacle and repaired the cord to eliminate the damage and replace a new plug. All this in less than 30 minutes. Great people, very helpful, great integrity and skills. Go visit you won't be disappointed in their inventory or assistance.
