“I had a lot of jewelry that needed fixing, I went to a different jewelry first in Lockport, but they wanted to charge an arm and leg for one piece not to mention the "jeweler" refused to talk with me personally. Anyway, a friend told me about Firth and I took all my jewelry there. They were personable. They took their time in explaining each piece I had and how or if it could be fixed. They tagged each one in front of me, gave me prices for each one, and made sure all my info was correct. They made me feel I was the only one in the store. They took their time, and the prices were super affordable to have my favorite jewelry fixed. I also purchased a sterling silver necklace to replace a necklace, which was beyond fixing, and it didn't break the bank. I would highly recommend Firth Jewelers.”

I stopped in from out of town and chatted with the owner and one of the men that works there about moving to Buffalo and the area. “I have an inexpensive watch that needed a new watch band, but the width is unusually narrow. Brought it here, and they had a few bands for me to choose from, where a few other stores had nothing at all. Don't know the man's name, but as others have noted, I wasn't rushed, he was very patient, and, in the end did me a big favor. As a result of such outstanding customer service, I will go back, with an antique necklace that is missing a stone and I haven't been able to find one to match. I don't know what the other customer in the store bought, something in a small box, but the festive wrapping job the female employee did was first class! Concern: This section of Main St has almost no businesses any more, not in the mall, nor on the street (even the dollar store, CVS and Rite Aid have left). They're not certain how much longer they'll be able to stay in business due to the lack of foot traffic without other businesses nearby and with so many workers now working from home. Please patronize them before it is too late!”
“I called to inquire if they had a particular glass shade for a Fenton Hobnail Lamp and they assured me that they me that they have them. I packed up my lamp and drove right over. Very pleasant, caring and knowledgeable team. They unwrapped my lamp and provided a replacement and without asking he tightened the bulb receptacle and repaired the cord to eliminate the damage and replace a new plug. All this in less than 30 minutes. Great people, very helpful, great integrity and skills. Go visit you won't be disappointed in their inventory or assistance. “My gold bracelt that originally belonged to my late mother was damaged beyond repair. It had snapped off at the clasp and I tried to have it repaired by another jewler. The repair broke again. Did not want to give up wearing the braclet for the sake of rememberance to my mother and the joy it brings me to wear it. Found Phil online and took the repair to him. I cannot tell you how great of a job that was done in the complete retoration of the gold bracelet. Not only was it repaired perfectly, the cost was nominal to say the least. THANK YOU Phil for restoring my family keepsake to me.”

“I was using a very small local jeweler who was very hard to schedule with, and I was referred here. I also needed an appraisal. I took my wedding ring in as the diamond was loose, and he tightened up the prongs around my ring, as well as appraised it, in less than 15 minutes. Fair price for the appraisal and he didn’t even charge me to tighten the prongs. Fast forward and my diamond came loose again, which he told me would happen. So i brought it back, and he tightened it again. I asked him if there was a more permanent fix, and he was very honest about not having the tools or equipment to help me, and told me what to look for on google to help me find who I needed. Again, no charge for the tightening of the prongs around my diamond. He is knowledgeable, and won’t waste your time. Appreciate this business!”
