“I had an issue with my A/C a month after purchasing my vehicle. I brought my car to a Nissan dealership where they lied about my warranty coverage not covering the parts. I went to the dealer where I purchased the car and they sent me to Auto Workshop of Great Neck. Andy and Ryan were able to inform me that the warranty in fact was able to cover the repairs and parts and they were able to have my car back to normal within 2 days during a heat wave. This is a great shop and the guys are super professional. I live in Brooklyn but this will be where I bring my vehicle going forward for any services due to the honesty and great work that was provided.”

I remembered my insurance at the time giving me a hard time to declare it totaled and a Norman's employee broke the details down to the insurance adjuster and explained why the car should be totaled. Eventually the adjuster agreed. I was glad Norman's went above and beyond to ensure that customers safety are the main priority, not saving a few bucks. “Today around 4PM, while I was driving my 2017 Honda CRV, a lot of warnings came onto the screen. In the beginning I didn't worry much but at some point I got a warning of the car overheating so I had to pull over as soon as possible. I pulled over into the Nor Service's Center, when I tried to turn-off the engine, I couldn't do it as usual, I had to follow instructions and pressed the ignition twice.The person at the desk talked to me immediately. He was very calm and professional. He took the car and they checked the computer, they ran diagnostics and added coolant. In 35 minutes the car was good as new. Even the "Tire Pressure Low" warning disappeared (A warning for which I checked my tires in the past over and over and couldn't get rid of)They charged me minimal.I am so grateful to them for helping me right away, for working on fixing my car immediately, for being honest with me and for charging me only $30 for the labor. I have went to many auto shops in my life but at this center, I was treated the best. Thank you.”
