Only had my Samsung washer for 10 months, randomly stopped working. This company came to “fix” it for me. Said nothing was wrong with it, 2 weeks later WASHER STOPS WORKING AGAIN. Now they’re refusing to come back and fix it.

Horrible run as fast as you can . They charge for services and then install used parts . They never fixed the issues..Unprofessional and useless

Worst customer service repair company have ever dealt with. Unresponsive rude and doesnt show up. Stay far away.
