“Everyone I just want to say that this store has truly changed since it underwent new management and staff. You go in and someone give you a warm greeting. When the new staff tends to you they break down all the deal we qualify for and everything. They hooked me up with a free Apple Watch by just adding the line and set everything up for me. Truly a great experience in this location. I highly recommend y’all make this your go to location.”
“Opened my account going on a year now, my representative at the time was Derrick. He was very informative about what plans etc. would best meet my needs and I have to say that I am very happy with my spectrum services. Recently my grandmother shared with me that her cable service was too high, I asked her who she was with, and she said spectrum. I reached out to Derrick and asked him how they could help her, Derrick said send her down to the store. Long story short he saved her about $60 a month. Thank you, Derrick, for all your hard work.”

“I spoke with Odie to upgrade my phone, she was very knowledgeable, helped my husband. The system in the store was glitching so she showed me how to do it on my cell. I got my phone in the mail and I came back. Luis Antonio put my screen protector on and transferred all my data. Both these reps were so nice, professional, patient knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this store and their pros highly enough!!”

“EXCELLENT customer service provided here by Jahaira. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful. She answered all of our questions got us the phones we wanted, and also reviewed all of options to save us the most money, all while doing it with a smile. Due to phone limits we had to create another account and she explained the process. She even reviewed the other account that was opened at another store to make sure we got all the proper promotions. Only minor complaint is that they did not sign us into the queue right when we entered so they lost track of who was supposed to go next so we got skipped over by 2 customers. However, Jahaira's service was worth the wait!”

“My experience at Tmobile was extremely well. Mr Steph welcomed me inside t-mobile before the closing time and he didn't turned me away because he saw that I needed help. On my way coming to the store I was not able to get to the location as soon as I could due my children with homework and somethings just have to be done.
