“Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is near Great Neck station, so we're able to easily go around New York. Nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room was alright. Bathtub was a little clogged and could use some lye. You could see a fair amount of rust around the metal in the bathroom - mainly aesthetic but things were still functional. I love the AC”

“This hotel gives a five star experience all around. We loved our luxurious room, the convenience of the common kitchen for breakfast coffee and snacks, and the superb location directly on the bay. The local water taxi stops right there, which we used for a fun trip to dinner. There are also multiple eateries in walking distance. Great communication, and attention to detail from the on-site owners. Highly recommended!”

“This part of Flushing feels like Taipei, Hong Kong and Shanghai all wrapped up on one, but right here in New York! I stayed in this hotel for the second time because it’s a fairly easy 20 minute walk to city Field to go see my beloved Mets play… That’s solid option good price for New York. Breakfast is better than almost all American hotels.”

“We stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott New York The Bronx at Metro Center Atrium after being displaced by a fire, and honestly, the staff made such a hard situation feel a little less awful. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and kind to us. They remembered what we were going through, checked in where they could, and did little things that meant a lot — like turning on the fireplace on the patio when we asked and just generally making sure we were as comfortable as possible. Naomi and Winzell deserve a huge thank you. Naomi was the real VIP of our stay because she made sure my ESAs were taken care of, which took so much stress off my shoulders. Winzell was also amazing and helped us when we needed to extend our reservation for an extra night. Thank you to Joseph too, for fixing the computer station and printer when we needed it. That might sound small, but when you’re dealing with displacement paperwork and trying to keep your life together, working printers matter. I also want to shout out the bartender. I’m so sorry I forgot her name, but she was amazing. Her music was always good, she always took care of my drinks, and she listened to me complain when I was clearly going through it. She even made me a vodka Red Bull after I bought my own Red Bull because they didn’t have any, and honestly, that was iconic of her. The breakfast staff was also great. The food was really good, and the service was always attentive. The two gentlemen who run breakfast on the weekends were so sweet and helped us get breakfast together to bring upstairs for my mother. And thank you to the cleaning crew for dealing with the mess of our pet-friendly rooms. We had a lot going on, and I really appreciate the patience and understanding. This stay happened during one of the worst weeks of our lives, but the staff made us feel cared for instead of like we were just another reservation. I’m really grateful for everyone there.”

“I stayed in 407 on business and the hotel is pretty nice, looks like it might have been renovated. I stayed in a Courtyard in Buckhead a few weeks ago and it had the same room features except the outlets on the wall by the tv and night stands can fit multiple plugs at the same time. The only suggestion I have is having a couple of house umbrellas behind the front desk and the parking lot had poor drainage.”

“The best hotel for visiting college student at Hofstra. Conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Not walking distance to hofstra but easy enough with hofstra/mall shuttle or ride share. Rooms are spacious. Staff are top notch. Always looking to make our visit easier. GM deserves credit for creating an environment where this is valued. If corporate is reading this, please give them credit for making residence inn our primary choice when traveling.”

“Great, cozy hotel located in the Asian town area of Queens. Quiet despite being so close to the airport and a busy street out front. Was on the 6th floor and there were only 8 total rooms on the floor, which I loved. Had an excellent FREE breakfast. Couple blocks from the Flushing/Main St. 7 station into Manhattan. Plethora of good dining options nearby, but mostly Asian cuisine so if you’re looking for variety nearby you’re out of luck.”

“Overall super great hotel! Large rooms. Great location as we went to go for the US Open Finals after party Zedd concert. Some cool bars around the hotel. AMAZING food around the hotel. Dumplings were great. I can down to add another room after meeting friends at the After Party and dude was fast asleep and said they were sold out even though it showed online that it wasn’t but other than that, great hotel. Will definitely stay again if I come back to flushings!”

“Beautiful hotel by LaGuardia so much nicer than your typical Marriott chain was immediately greeted by Snyder and Mari. Spotless room thanks to Sondra. Had to stay an extra day, Mirko made that happen….Iris was even nice enough give advice where to eat and when I was running a few min late at checkout. Highly recommend if you’re in Flushing.”

“While I didn't stay at this hotel I went by to pay a visit to a long time friend (family) who works at the bar there. I was accompanied by another long time family friend (family) member who surprised her who hadn't seen her in several years and we hung out in this fabulous hotel for a couple of hours just reminiscing about our old stomping grounds and catching up. The ambiance there is so relaxing. Everyone is friendly. My girl who's the bartender will definitely take care of you so feel free to stop in for drinks!!!”

“I checked in on Friday at 3/20 around 3pm and checked out the following Sunday. The front desk worker, I think Maria, at the front desk were incredibly friendly helpful in getting me connected with the wedding I was attending in town and directing me towards important times, like the shuttle to the events. They also offered me a cocktail and kindly checked for better rooms without me having to even ask . The room service was great and was brought hot on real plates with covers. I also texted the front desk asking for a razor and someone brought it to be in 10 minutes. Old fashioned hotel service that is hard to find these days. The bed was so comfortable but I just wish the beds didn’t roll a bit throughout the day. Still I slept like a log.”

“Edres is phenomenal and made sure my stay was amazing from the moment I checked in. He brings great energy and vibes and has a very likable personality. He answered and brought out every request I asked for. He makes sure that I have everything I need before he leaves and even gives me a call to my room if there's anything else he can do to be of any help. He also recommended me to go to certain restaurants around the area which were very very delicious by the ways and he even showed me directions how to get to the city without even me asking about it. And guess what, I sure did take his advice and don't regret it. My stay here has been amazing, I look Forward to coming back here again and seeing Edres or Eddie again at the front desk! He's cute too he has a great smile!”

“nice old motel, clean, quiet, has all well maintained basics, but only the basics. A comfortable bed, a dresser with drawers, night stands and lamps. Small bath with tub. Fast wifi. Ample parking. Nice view. Near JFK. That's all. No desk and chair for work. No coffee maker for hot drinking water. No closet to hang my coat and shirts..No shuttle. Taxi or Uber to or from JFK costs $25-30. A grocery store nearby. A very good Asian restaurant next door. Italian restaurants walking distance.”
