“I recently visited this T-Mobile Store and had a great experience working with Zaira. From the moment I walked in, the staff made my family and I feel welcomed and taken care of. The store is clean, spacious and well-organized. The staff was very knowledgeable, patient and experienced. I was nervous about cellphone service interruption since I was switching from another carrier and Zaira ensured that everything worked smoothly before making the transition. I had a number of requests for my new plan and she executed it flawlessly. The manager Chris was also very helpful, friendly and smart! They truly cared about our goals and I appreciated it! I recommend this store so much I have no complaints! ??”
“I visited this AT&T location to make some adjustments to our phone plans. I presented my DD214 USAF veteran document to obtain a discount. I also got assistance removing my Honda from my listed devices. While there I explored AT&T home internet service. A young man named Tony was very helpful and we accomplished all the transactions. AT&T home internet service is not currently available in our location. I’m hoping it will be coming soon so I can drop the hammer on Optimum!”
