“Great prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.”
“No frills, very basic, has some decent stuff like mugs and pots/pans. The aluminum pans are also pretty useful. Don't expect high end quality here, similar to Family Dollar/Dollar Tree quality. They do have around 3 full aisles of toys/games, that can be a pro or a con. But they might have something you need that you can't find anywhere else.”
“It's like a zoo getting in and out of the parking lot. I don't even go there anymore for gas. It'll take you 25 minutes to get in and another 25 minutes to get out. But overall, it's a good store Costco. Has everything you need”
“I'm so glad I found this place online. We used to sell the sabretts in the casing at a hotdog place I worked at in NJand you can't find them anywhere in Colorado. Super fast shipment and had that great SNAP when you bite into them. And now I have hotdogs for the rest of the year! Or winter anyways...”

“Costco seems to design stores to meet the needs of the neighborhood. This was the first Costco I have been to located in a mall. Parking is a bit of a challenge, and not to you have to pay for parking. The store was clean, the staff were professional and answered any questions/inquires I had while shopping. This was a different experience for me, but still got the same Costco service and choices.
I highly recommend it.”
“I would like to try to undo some of the damage that has been done to the Big & Cheap Warehouse through the many comments I have read on this page. Admittedly, the Warehouse messed up my order two times but, once I connected with them, they were kind, and extremely responsive . As a customer, I would like it to be easier to get in touch with the company but their kindness and admission of having made the mistake absolutely made up for the aggravation I had felt. The two people I spoke with were the most helpful and empathetic customer service people I have dealt with in a long while. Did they mess up ? Yes. Did they make up for their error with a kind response ? Yes. So, I will take kindness and honesty over excuses and defensiveness any day.”

“My friend told me about this phone repair shop in Morris park ave the Bronx and I brought my 2 Android phones that both had cracked screens and damaged charging ports. No pressure sales pitch as the guy behind the counter explained what had to be done , time to repair and cost .well worth it as both phones were fairly new and still useable. In less then an hour both phones were good to go , one will be my secondary phone and I will give the other phone to my cuz . Well worth coming here for phones repairs , new phones , accessories and they have plenty just by looking at the display cases .Don't throw your phone away or get a new one as this phone repair joint is worth the trip to the Bronx.”

“I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.”
“I recently went to the membership counter at Costco in Westbury and dealt with a gentleman named Fitzroy. He was the most amazing person to deal with not only was he friendly and accommodating, but very knowledgeable and handled my problems without any hesitation. If you get to go to Costco and you need help on your Membership he is the gentleman to say. You will not be sorry. He was absolutely amazing and if I could give him a raise myself, I would he was the best!”

“I loved this Costco ... I live in Nassau county but my local Costco was such a disaster I had to come to this one to first get a replacement card which was so simple and easy . The lady was so sweet and kind and then shopping here was so completely different then shopping at the westbury location. This store was not over run by mobs of people , I had the freedom to walk around and shop at my pace with our feeling the pressure of people rushing me behind me . I liked that I can go get milk and eggs and not be blocked by people , I liked that I can stand somewhere for a few minutes deciding on what products I want . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the check out process took longer then expected.”

“They have a wide range of bulk products that are usually cheaper in unit price than other stores like Costco or BJ's. Only recommendation I would say is if they add some kind of catalog to locate each item and where they are with respect to the huge store that would be helpful for customers to find what they need instead of looking for store associates, especially in the fridge section. Their store hours also could be extended after 4 pm, if posible, especially during winter, the day finishes by 4 pm most of the time.”
“Tons of Asian & Spanish selections unlike other locations, even though it is smaller than most. I wish you didn't have to pay for parking but it is what it is. It's usually crowded so be patient.Happy Yelping.”

“We live 6 mins away from this location so we're here all the time. The selection is good and the store is well stocked for the most part. There have been occasions where they didn't have kirkland water which is one of the primary reasons why we go here but it is what it is. They do a good job with samples on the weekends. I do wish they looked after the fruit a little better. They often stack the boxes and the ones towards the bottom get crushed. But that's part of the wholesale warehouse experience.”

“I've been to several Costcos in my life. Like most Costcos, most products are sold in bulk (aside from clothes) and truly meant for a family of 4+. I've been to a few in the city, but when we checked out this spot, I noticed it had more variety and was well-stocked. This was on a Monday morning though. We stopped by for a specific product and found it here. Costco is located in a popular shopping center with multiple other stores sharing the same parking lot. It was still appealing because Costco was huge with its own liquor store, tire store, and food court. They also have a can recycling area, which is typical of most Costcos, but this location seemed like many came here to do that. The employees seem to do most jobs pretty quickly and the wait is not long. I will definitely be coming here more often.”
