“After getting the run around from Nissan Service I came here to have my battery checked. It turned out the battery was purchased from Nissan (confusion on the battery purchasers part) The gentleman helping me was kind enough to still check my battery, clean it (Nissan service claimed it was leaking acid and no longer working) and have me start the car and check the alternator. He showed me that in fact everything was fine with the battery voltage and my issue was probably more involved. I am so grateful for his help and the time he took to explain things to me. As someone who is very naive when it comes to cars and maintenance it is hard to know what/who to believe.
