I don’t usually write reviews, but The Works Auto Center deserves every bit of this one. From the moment I pulled into their shop, I could tell these guys operate on another level. The communication, the professionalism, the honesty — everything was just top-notch.
I brought my vehicle in for a ceramic coating and some interior work, and the results blew me away. The paint looks better than when it was new. The team took their time walking me through the process, answering every question, and making sure I knew exactly what I was getting. I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.
I’m incredibly thankful that I decided to get one more quote and stumbled upon Troy’s Best. Should I ever need repair services again I would absolutely return!”

“Stopped here yesterday to ask how I could remove some adhesive from a weather tech hood protector that lasted for 5 years on my Honda CRV. A nice young woman, Maddie came out, looked at it and said bring it in and we’ll remove it for you. I stopped the next day, they took it in and removed it for me. While I was just looking for advice, they did it all for me. Blew me away, and came out great! Customer service at its absolute finest! I was so thankful, and blessed to have receive such fine customer service. I wish to thank Maddie and all that worked on my car. I will forever refer anyone I know to this fine establishment. “Needed body work after a fender-bender accident. State Farm recommended Red Mill Auto for the repair and they did an excellent job. It was done on time and the car looked great and like new. “I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”
