I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.
I’m incredibly thankful that I decided to get one more quote and stumbled upon Troy’s Best. Should I ever need repair services again I would absolutely return!”

“Stopped here yesterday to ask how I could remove some adhesive from a weather tech hood protector that lasted for 5 years on my Honda CRV. A nice young woman, Maddie came out, looked at it and said bring it in and we’ll remove it for you. I stopped the next day, they took it in and removed it for me. While I was just looking for advice, they did it all for me. Blew me away, and came out great! Customer service at its absolute finest! I was so thankful, and blessed to have receive such fine customer service. I wish to thank Maddie and all that worked on my car. I will forever refer anyone I know to this fine establishment. (For More Detail, Read Bellow) Issue I had: I went to them because I had a broken mirror and two of my passengers doors that had dents and crashes; with an additional issue with my passenger door not opening Price: Their pricing is a bit on the steep end of things, so if you're paying out of pocket, get ready to pay a big amount I'm terms of Job Getting Done:They fixed everything I enlisted for to be fixed with no issue Employees:Very helpful and were apologetic of the extra time that they took Overall:The only issue I had was that I was given a time frame of when the job would be done ( which was two weeks) and it was stretch for an additional week; it would have possible stretch further if I was not persistent on calling them. Other than that, the work they did was great and I thank them for it.”
