While most experiences are positive, one reviewer was not a fan of the virtual setup process and mentioned a specific unit had a latch issue and an uneven floor, making it unsuitable for a vehicle. The team worked to accommodate them with a waiting list for a different unit. Overall, many customers state they will rent from them again and highly recommend the place.
The maintenance lady was a bit rude and talked to me like I was a child but other than that, everything was good.
