“I just bought a new Kingsley Bate Teak outdoor dining set from Sundown and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and equally important...the wonderful customer service and support. I researched and looked at many options at various outdoor furniture stores but I always came back to Sundown because Johnny, one of the managers was so amazingly helpful, knowledgable and patient. I think I made the poor guy crazy with all my questions and uncertainty but he was always helpful, patient and so nice. I never felt pressured - he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I know Sundown is know for their winter and ski products but this is the 2nd summer furniture purchase I made from Sundown and they have been awesome both times. I highly recommend them.”

“The sales person was courteous, he explained warranty on furniture. He showed my husband and I various sofas that we sat in for comfort, length of seat cushion and high head rest. We also wanted power for lumbar and headrest. We eventually found a sofa that had a remote for each seat and the color we wanted. We will receive sofa in 6-8 weeks and our current sofa will be removed and put on curbside. Our experience was very good and I would recommend store to other people I know.”

As an adult I found the options enjoyable and wished they existed when I was younger! The staff were knowledgeable about their products and helped me explore various furniture layouts for my needs. Since I was shopping for a bunk bed, it was integral to see what a low, medium, and high bunk would feel like. The store had all presentations.
