“I went into this store on a mission for a new bed, after recently having surgery on my back, and Sam the man was a great big help and i was able to purchase a new bed that same day. It also was delivered the next day with no issues. His staff/team were very helpful as well over the phone and the delivery guys Frank & Rudy were terrific! I recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress/bed.”

“We came in here, looking for unique pieces and had a very pleasant experience working with a sales representative, whose name I cannot, unfortunately remember. She was extremely nice and very friendly, and gave us a lot of useful information about brands and the furniture pieces we were interested in. We were looking for something specific that this location did not have but the sales representative took her time to help us find similar options that she knew of even though their location did not have this product, which makes me very grateful because she had some great ideas and knowledge to share. I would definitely consider coming back here to shop for other items. I would say, though that we were very lucky to get this woman's help because it didn't seem that other representatives in the store were interested in helping customers. A few people sitting at desk didn't even acknowledge that the front door of the store opened yet It seems like we were the only customers walking in.”

“The Roslyn Serena & Lily store in Roslyn is so enjoyable to walk through and the sales assistance are wonderful! I had a great expereince with Shawn who assisted me with my driftwood coffee table, carpet and bar cart! The White Glove service men couldn't have been nicer and moved my furniture back to the carpet they delivered. One slight snag, after the delivery men left, I noticed my coffee table had a slight damage at it's base. Pam from the Roslyn location could not have been nicer and super professional. She immediately responded and took care of the issue... they are swapping the tables out in a few weeks. I can't wait to come back!”

“We absolutely love our dining set!This was our first purchase from Arhaus and it was a fabulous experience.The process started in-store where we saw a lot products. We were free to browse all the selections. Cynthia helped with giving us our quotes on two different sets.We ultimately came back and made a decision the same day. They disclosed that there was a wait time and that we were getting two separate deliveries. We were fine since we really liked the product and other companies had similar back order issues.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We got our final delivery today. Everything came as promised and on time. The delivery process was very smooth. We got a call when our items arrived to the hub and an email to schedule a date and time for the home delivery. The delivery staff were polite, efficient, and clean. It was truly white glove.Overall, Everyone at store was friendly and helpful. They were transparent with delivery dates and status of item. The products are beautiful and very comfortable. Couldn’t be any happier.”
