“Gotta give credit when credit is due let’s all be honest here. Verizon is on the expensive side of the mobile carriers but they do have amazing offers like iPhone Pro, Max and Free I watch with it. How do you beat something like that ? when you walk into one of their stores you know you are in a premium store they actually have the device you want in the color that you want and they’re not telling you order it online to get that price they make it happen the manager, Mike S absolute standup guy and does everything to make sure you walk out with what you actually wanted none of what you didn’t no pressure sale and a boatload of product knowledge and experience but if you’re not looking for all that special stuff, how about this he’s super fast and knows what he’s talking about !!!”

“I had one of the best customer service experiences ever at the Verizon store on Middle Neck Road thanks to Rouben. Honestly, I was extremely frustrated and fully ready to switch companies, but he completely changed my experience. He was patient, understanding, and actually took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns instead of rushing me.
What impressed me the most was how dedicated he was to helping resolve my issues. The store closed at 8 PM, yet Rouben stayed with me until almost 10 PM making calls and working through everything to make sure it was fully resolved. I have never had anyone at any phone company go that far for me before, and I was honestly very surprised and grateful.
Rouben was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly values his customers. Update: It is now 3 years later and we are purchasing new devices with Joe again and the service was still exceptional. Joseph gave us all our options and did not push and that is what we love the most about him. We purchased 2 new phones and an iPad from him and he made sure to spend the time with us to see we were signed back in to all our accounts. Joseph is a tremendous asset to Verizon. We were very great full for his time he spent with us.”

“Zee took care of a persistent problem that was not resolved by Verizon. Even after 3 days of diagnostics the problems continued. I was ready to switch carriers after being a loyal customer for twenty years. However I needed a functioning device to do so. I went to my local Verizon for one last try. Needless to say, Zee restored my faith in Verizon and my device. BEST VISIT EVER.”

“Alfredo is super knowledgeable and nice. He changed the battery in my Samsung Galaxy 22 phone and it is operating like new. It was very affordable and finished in 30 minutes. Also, they have a 3 month warranty for their work. Why get a new phone!”
“Absolutely exceptional service and help. Everyone I dealt with helped and went above and beyond for me. My phone has been submerged under water and wouldn’t turn on. I took it to 5 different stores and they were the only to be able to turn it on. At first because the water damage was so severe it would only turn on for 3 minutes at a time then shut off, but the most important thing to me was sentimental photos. The technician not only continuously turned the phone on and off for me but he went through and helped me manually airdrop thousands of photos which is what was most important to me and he had absolutely no obligation to do that much. After almost 4 hours of non stop doing that, I was going to come back the next day to continue since the phone has 22,000 photos and it is difficult in 3 minute intervals. When I arrived the second day I was told by the technician that he had worked continuously to find a fix and was able to find a way to fix the battery to keep it on long enough to do a full data transfer to my new phone and I was able to restore absolutely everything. I can’t express my gratitude to everyone involved, and let alone how ridiculously fair the pricing was. There is no where else I will be bringing my devices from now on. Absolutely amazing experience definitely recommend them. 100/100”
