“This is the best Ace Hardware in the area. I've been to 4 other locations in Bergen County and this one, just over the state border in Suffern is top notch. Excellent employees who are so helpful and it's a beautiful, huge store. When I bring family or friends in to shop they are in shock with how well kept, organized, and well stocked this store is. Can't say enough about them!”

I spoke to one of the staff members in Werner's about it, and not only did he took me to the aisle, but he handpicked the anchors that I was looking for. “Roe Brothers lumber hardware & Kitchens is everything that a big box store offers and more. I was very impressed with all the departments tools, plumbing, electrical. Paint etc etc. While i was purchasing the treated lumber i went there for i over heard an employee telling another customer that Roe is family owned and that he had recent started working there and that the owners make him feel like he is part of the family. That was awesome to hear and i did noticed that the employees worked well together. They were very helpful to me as well as another couple who i believe were purchasing some kind of a custom front door. Without a doubt i will shop there again, i like talking to someone that knows about home improvements and the materials. i am a home owner not a contractor i need that kind of help when i do all the projects my wife has for me to do. Highly recommend Roe lumber and hats off to the customer service ! You just don't see or get that today in many places.”

“Will start this review by saying that i've been here before prepandemic, and probably have gotten various stuff here like lights, ceiling fans,paint, tiles. lowes is a big store like home depot with lots of choices. However, it seems nicer here because there isn't people in the front trying to sell solar panels. Anyways. Went here with my dad on Saturday April 6th 2024 to pick up some vinyl to use to seal a sink. store was very clean and organized. We also found what we needed right away, but did look in multiple aisles until we found what we wanted. we purchased a grey vinyl to help seal our sink. We paid for our product via self checkout. Hope to be back soon!”
