“Been going here for years. You won't find too many banks who actually know you by name and treat you as an individual not a number. It's clean, safe, friendly environment and welcoming staff make it so easy to fall in love with the place. They decorate every season. No dust, debris etc. Windows are almost transparent. The place is so modern and the architecture is stunning, that you gawk in awe. It's updated so no old equipment, design or malfunctioning or delayed computer process. The teller's are so sweet and get you in and out without being rude or rushing. If you don't have a good bank yet or are starting out, I highly recommend trying Pioneer banks in general. I've been to many locations and each feel clean, safe, and customer service is 100%. I do not work here or have ever either. This bank is so understanding especially when you overdraft. They explain everything to you in a sweet and respectful manner. They have lollipops for the kids and I'm one of those people who like to be in and out so they are quick and effective. Plus side they have coin machine and it's skips the line.”

I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names but every single person in there is very lovely and very personable. I love their mobile app. I love their customer service. “I have been a member of Sunmark Credit Union ever since they took over for GE as I was a member in good standing for them ever since 1973 until Sunmark took it over and I would never change? I moved down here to North Charleston in 2015 sfter living in Abbieville , South Carolina in 2008 after I retired and my Wife was given a Job as a Supervisor for Fuji Film in Goodwood when they offered her that job as they had purchased a large partial of Property there with 7 buildings as well s Departments for their Processing? Even my brothers and sisters who live in the Charleston ,SC area told me that I should get a local Bank instead of theirs because they are up in NY. I told them that I have had both Excellent Service plus a Wonderful Time with them and I have all my Funds both from GE Retirement and My Social Security deposited with them so why should I change anything at all? The only problem that I have ever had was that someone got into my Bank Account by stealing my information from my Computer and Tried to purchase items using my Bank Card? They Stopped my Card immediatly, Replaced all that was taken and sent me a new Bank Card so the only problem that I had was that I had to purchase everything with My Checkbook until I received my new Card and I thought that was very nice of them and I will keep this account until I pass away? I have had this account for over 50 years and I respect them 100 % for all that they have done for me.”

“Now, I do my banking here at trustco, since my old bank, which was first Niagara closed its doors. I like this bank alot since Key Bank, which took over first Niagara, don't use bankbooks, but Trustco Bank does. I got something from Trustco Bank to me, which will be my momento since that my account has been transfered here from First Niagara (pictured here), which is a bank that looks like a miniature house that you put money (or change) in, that has a Trustco Bank logo on top of it (the roof portion of it).”

“THANK YOU FNB for the beautiful and accessible access you have made to your bank. Not only for the disabled community, but for all of your customers. I use a wheelchair and for the first time I have been able to access the bank without calling up the back stairs for someone to come and do my transaction for me. (even though they were always willing to help). The ramp and power doors made it so easy to do my own banking. Every where I go, the most important concern to me is Independence. Thank you again.”
