They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.”

“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. “The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
