“I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”

Apple was unable to assist me due to my plan type when I tried a few days ago and I was super disheartened.I’m so glad I decided to drop into AT&T while at the mall today. Everyone kept telling me to switch to Spectrum due to plan cost. As most know though, you get what you pay for.I love my phone and I’m so excited to have the plan I need with the provider I’ve loved for 19 years now! “Best customer service I’ve ever received from a cell phone carrier! We were recently with Verizon business and the consumer side T-Mobile customer service provided by Sam (store Manager) and Drew (store Associate) blew away anything we ever received from Verizon on the consumer or the business side. Both Sam and Drew went above and beyond to help us transfer service, even when Verizon was making it difficult and wouldn’t let us port our numbers. Drew researched and found a Verizon department that could finally solve our issue and let us port our numbers after hours of trying everything else. Bye Verizon! Thanks again Sam and Drew! “This T Mobile Store on the 2nd Floor in Colonie Center has always, every time I go there, gotten me out of phone problems and fixed my phone. Their two employees , namely Gazelle & Ian work through all my phone troubles. Explain every question I ask in detail. They are determined to fix my phone. When I go to other T Mobile locations, they don't give any effort in getting me out of my phone troubles. I have been to T Mobile in colonies center, 2nd floor several times and they are always so polite and so helpful. Even when they are swamped with customers they do not rush. I will always go to this location when i have phone issues. I will always hope they are working there, unless they get promotions, which they sure do deserve. Don't want to get too corney, but they really do go above and beyond and make sure you understand the problem in case it should do me up in the future.”

“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“What I was impressed with was the fact that the gentleman that served my brother phone decided that it was better to show customer service instead of just trying to make me pay more for a phone that was still working properly I was up on the fence regarding whether I should pay for another phone or stick to the phone that I had. The workers showed excellent service and let the me know that he's there to take care of you instead of trying to show you something that you didn't need. He has all my phone issues check with the computer and found out why my phone was acting the way it was so I didn't have to spend over $500 for another phone. He should get a raise or at least acknowledgement for his excellent customer service. Hooray for MetroPCS”

He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. “The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
