I cannot recommend Elite Vacuum more highly if you're interested in purchasing a quality machine rather than the toys you can get at a big box store or online. Not only was the owner extremely helpful with my questions but I was able to try the vacuum out and feel the quality. There was no pressure or pushing to purchase a more expensive model. Not only was the vacuum cheaper than Amazon but by purchasing through an approved Sebo dealer my warranty was extended from 7 years to 10 years! On top of that, he threw in a free box of bags and an extra attachment! I know that in the event that I need a repair, I will be well taken care of.

“We were dumb first time homeowners, and they were so accommodating and educational. Second trip out, the installers got both washer/dryer units into a stacked, very tight space, and easily replaced our dryer vent hose, which had apparently been faulty for years. Both Bobs and staff were timely, understanding, and communicative. Will use them for all the upcoming appliance updates at our new home. If you can’t tell from the photo, the stack is perfectly centered with the existing tile. Nice touch”

This location could do a better job at supplying Power Vented Water Heaters in both 40 gallon & 50 gallon capacities. Also get better at stocking correct sized fittings for copper pipe. Other than those two issues, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I receive a military discount which is greatly appreciated. God bless our armed forces!”

“I needed some plywood for a project I was working on for a friend. However, I own a small Toyota and it wouldn't fit. So, I either had to have it delivered or else rent a truck to transport it. Delivery charges are $80 and several weeks out, so that left option #2. Thankfully, they had a pick-up truck in stock. They won't, however, hold it for you so it is first-come-first-served. Thankfully, I called ahead and the truck was on their lot so I was able to drive over and rent it. The process went quick though I needed to show them my driver's license, insurance paperwork, and have a deposit put on my credit card. All standard stuff.I only needed the truck to drive 7 miles each way, and I had it back within the first 75 minutes so my total cost was about $20. That wasn't bad at all! Their employee, Hans, was super friendly throughout the process.I will point out that HD's selection of plywood here was horrible. Nice hardwoods like birch were non-existent, as were smaller thicknesses like 1/4". That being said, their 1-by lumber was very good compared to several Lowes I had been in. This is all likely due to Covid, so I won't penalize them for that. It is something to keep in mind though.”
“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”

And the ones that was there. She was great .it's hard to find someone like her..we bring alot of our business to home depot all over..and not all employees are friendly and willing to go the extra mile....And she did her job will done.and she mentioned she mainly a evening person.so she works both shifts..I will definitely go there again and get the good customer service...thank you Amanda continue to be the person you are...home depot she a great employee you have there...thanks again”
