“This store is the benchmark for customer service . No matter how busy an associate is in any part of the store they will take the time to answer any inquiry or find someone who can. Even under these current stressful conditions a knowledgeable friendly staff member takes the time to help you undertake your next project. I witnessed this time & again since i began coming here in March 2020. I skip the place up the street because i feel welcomed here & know that with the guidance of any staff member in any particular department i’m in I will leave feeling confident. Thank you all in every department because I’m certain I’ve been in them all.”

“I needed some plywood for a project I was working on for a friend. However, I own a small Toyota and it wouldn't fit. So, I either had to have it delivered or else rent a truck to transport it. Delivery charges are $80 and several weeks out, so that left option #2. Thankfully, they had a pick-up truck in stock. They won't, however, hold it for you so it is first-come-first-served. Thankfully, I called ahead and the truck was on their lot so I was able to drive over and rent it. The process went quick though I needed to show them my driver's license, insurance paperwork, and have a deposit put on my credit card. All standard stuff.I only needed the truck to drive 7 miles each way, and I had it back within the first 75 minutes so my total cost was about $20. That wasn't bad at all! Their employee, Hans, was super friendly throughout the process.I will point out that HD's selection of plywood here was horrible. Nice hardwoods like birch were non-existent, as were smaller thicknesses like 1/4". That being said, their 1-by lumber was very good compared to several Lowes I had been in. This is all likely due to Covid, so I won't penalize them for that. It is something to keep in mind though.”

“I called Marcone for an over door glass pack on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly person who took my order and said the part would probably ship on Monday since it was so late in the day, arriving on Tuesday (which was fine with me). Imagine my delight when I received email notification that the part shipped that same Friday afternoon after all and then the part was delivered on Saturday! Really nice to be "surprised" in such a positive manner. My thanks to Marcone for their fast, friendly support (and it was the right part, too! We just finished fixing the oven door).”

“I went to the East Greenbush Home Depot with my Dad to find special hinges for a kitchen cabinet. He was treated so kindly by EVERY ASSOCIATE!! The first person we asked for help was honest and said he didn't know how to help but pointed us to the pro shop. At the pro shop desk we met Michael who listened and patiently searched online for what my Dad was looking for. When he exhausted all his options he directed us to Tim the Hardware Manager. Michael also thanked my Dad for his service - he proudly wears his Army flight jacket and for someone to recognize that meant the world to me. Tim was able to find what my Dad needed and took the time to talk with him about random subjects as well. I love this store and the people who work there.THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!”

“Electrolux washer 10 yrs old making a humming noise, turned out to be a bra wire clogging a pump or motor? Kim was so kind and did a great job, he is a little harsh sounding at first, in the end he is a dedicated truly honest , hard to find worker and business man. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! Thank you”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”

“I was greeted by Connie, asking how she could help. After telling her I wanted copy of key made, she directed me to the isle and said someone would be there momentarily. Nick said he would see if they had the one i needed and made a copy. Then he walked towards my car with me to make sure it worked. I told him to go ahead of me, saying he could check it and be back before I could get there with my walker. We had a great conversation, revealing his beautiful soul. The price was so low, I asked for more copies. Then he walked to the register with me, and Connie assisted my check out. What an awesome staff of true service souls!”
