“I have had the most frustrating experience with FedEx this week. BUT I would just like to say Bridget who was working tonight was probably the most kind and helpful person ever. She was understanding, helpful and empathetic. As someone who is in customer service management I truly appreciated having someone that new how to deal with a situation with a frustrated customer. I drove over a hour to pick up and my package and wasn't there. She exhausted every option to help she was kind she even made sure to take a personal interest in resolving the issue and I showed up right before closing. She truly goes above and beyond. And I called 1800FedExgo after leaving.....that was ridiculous and pathetic the people on the phone literally put words in my mouth didn't listen to anything I said and made me want to throw my phone out the window. So yes to Bridget but FedEx do better.”

“I use this location multiple times a week to mail out items I sell on eBay. Sometimes it is one item, other times it can be 3. The staff here are not only helpful but do their job consistently with a smile on their face. As someone who works in retail, customer service can be a tiring job that can lead to burnout. This UPS location beats out any other UPS location, USPS location or FedEx location I have ever been to. Big props to the whole team at this store.”

“The staff was very thorough and thoughtful as well as clear and responsive. Location is easy to access and hours work great as well. Everyone at the store was working and no one was just standing around. You have a very active staff and they should be recognized for creating a store that is in motion making things work.”

“Fantastic Service! I needed to send a large, expensive, delicate and weirdly shaped fan (dyson) as a gift to a friend in Indiana. I shared with staff - including the manager - about the fan being damaged in transit. The manager assured me the fan would be packed so securely that it would not budge in transit and would arrive in perfect condition. And the manager was true to his word!!! In fact, my friend could not believe how securely the fan had been packed and made a Fort Knox reference in describing how well the fan had been protected. So now this is my go-to UPS store even though it is not rhe closest to me. It is, however, the BEST!”

“I have to ship large boxes for work multiple times a year and have always had a great experience here. The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”

“Great delivery! Had a big pallet delivered, and Kim was always most helpful over the phone. The delivery man went the "extra mile" to help me out, the road was not that easily navigated but he was clearly an experienced driver and a really kind gent! The 4-hour delivery window was reliable.”

“Had a wonderful experience with Mary from the front desk. Seldom do I send an email that's not electronic. So I always sincerely appreciate someone helping me remember where I write what on the envelope.

Thanks again”

“Maybe I shouldn't spread this around, but during the holidays, when most post offices are sheer madness, this one is usually not busy. They are only open two hours on Sat. mornings, but I discovered one year how much of an advantage it is to go here those last couple of weekends before Christmas!”

“I recently bought a new printer (Brother Laser Printer). Tom, who works in the tech department, was fantastic in helping me to find the printer that would best suit my needs. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and spent a lot of time arranging not only the purchase of the printer but also the extras that I needed. Thank you, Tom!!!!”

“Not to be confused with the Southbreast, which is the nickname of a girl I knew who was born with a boob where her jayjay was supposed to be.These days I drive everywhere, but when I lived in Southern California (you know nobody walks in LA), ironically I did so without a car, and used to get around using buses and sometimes trains and very often planes. So basically John Candy without the excess weight.I flew to so many airports in the west end of the country on Southwest, from Boise to Portland to Spokane to Seattle to Sacramento, Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and so many more, according to my flight records (a personal record I keep of all flights I've taken.I was in and out of Albany just once... my partner and love of my life lived in Buffalo, and if it were much cheaper, or if we were heading to NYC, I sometimes flew into other NY state cities or nearby cities. Albany had a much more understated airport than I expected, but it was nice and clean.I can't even count the number of flights I took from Los Angeles International to places like San Diego, Las Vegas, and much further afield back home to New York and Buffalo via other places like Detroit.I used to basically live in LAX although I also flew Southwest to or from places like San Diego and Las Vegas and even from Hollywood (Burbank) once, and John Wayne in Orange County on three occasions when I was living in San Juan Capistrano. And so many more.Southwest Airlines was amazing back in those days, and it's a little bit less great now, but it's still one of the better ones of a bad bunch, and they're still a little bit less likely to be ripping you off for things like baggage and whatnot. And I appreciate that. They're still my favourite airline, even though like most other airlines they've definitely had some major setbacks after 9/11, and in terms of the economy.”

“My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.”

“I go to this UPS store for all my returns. Have always had a positive experience with the employees. I really feel bad for them sometimes though because they deal with a lot of dickhead customers that I seen firsthand. Couldn’t be me”

“I needed help yesterday because my parcel had been delivered to a supermarket mailbox but the supermarket staff and I did not seem to understand one another.I was confused between us until I reached USPS. The lady at the counter was able to help me a quick solution by contacted a right person. Then I was given a parcel by a gentleman after he drove to the supermarket. It was a pleasure to work with them and I really appreciated their kindness.”

“I recently had an extremely poor experience at this post office in Malta / Ballston Spa. However, I go there often and I usually see my same guy, and I'd rather write what I think is the more accurate review of this post office just in case someone was there today and had a similar experience to mine with the employees.

His name is on the tip of my tongue, I usually thank him by name, but there's gentleman that works there that is not overly friendly but he is very congenial. It's usually not a very busy post office, it wasn't recently, and he was not there during this visit. If he sees me kind of struggling trying to figure out which size priority mailbox to use,he will, if he can, come around and help me find the right size box and usually I'm shipping small things and I have a QR code because someone else pays the postage. One day with this gentleman, we were trying to get a pair of shoes into this box and just could not do it and he said we're going to have to put it in this other box, which did not have sticky closure stuff on it. He grabbed the box and he brought it up there and I was about to tell him that I didn't bring any money for tape because of the QR code I just have my phone but I didn't even have to do that. He just closed the small box, he had tape right next to him and he just used a few pieces and taped up my box, probably two pieces of tape, maybe three.
I worked.for many small businesses, and if you have worked for any business that works with the public there's usually some sort of gray area of kindness or going out of your way that you can do and this gentleman did it that day. I thanked him several times and told him that it was very kind and that my package looked so safe and that he didn't have to do that for me but thank you!
Transportation is usually something I have to arrange and this gentleman didn't know that, he was just doing his job and he probably didn't even think that much about it but it made my day. Two pieces of tape. I will write another review once I remember his name! I know that is so sad that I don't remember but I do remember what he did for me. I hope that you, as a post office customer, reading this, encounter this exemplary employee when you go there.
I have no skin in the game, I don't know this guy,. but he deserves to recognized, and certainly not lumped into what could have been a bad review. after my experience recently.”

“For a long time our whole area had a lot of trouble with our mail delivery, but I'm so happy to say that seems to be a thing of the past. For the past few months we've had a mail carrier that is the absolute best! She is friendly, kind to our 2 barking dogs, and can always be counted on to deliver our mail. Today she drove the length of our mostly plowed, but still snowy driveway during a horrible snowstorm to deliver a package to me. Still had a smile on her face and her usual upbeat attitude. This woman is amazing. Please, please , Stillwater Post Office... this woman deserves a raise. We need to keep her around.”

“Judith was very professional helping us with our passports on 4/29 in the afternoon. Unfortunately- she had to babysit entitled, rude people during our transaction that felt their inability to read, wait in line and follow simple instructions needed to be everyone's problem but their own. To the young punk in the Adams Heating and Cooling t-shirt, please do the world a favor and grow up. If i was a person that had feelings, I would feel bad that your mother didn't hold you enough when you were a baby but I'm not that guy. Great job Judith!!”

“Darryl ? I think that was his name in the voicemail he left me. The Postmaster. I had a lost package in the mail that contained a very expensive item. It got “lost” at the Brooklyn post office. Although I missed his call, Darryl made contact with the Brooklyn office to locate my package. I eventually received the package after a week or so after he contacted me. Also, I never contacted this post office directly. I made an online inquiry and they must have forwarded it to the appropriate office. Thanks so much Darryl !”
