“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”

“I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I’ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i’ve had so far.
