I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.

“Matt was very helpful when I popped in without an appointment for a nail in my tire. Though they couldn’t take me at that exact moment, he gave me a time range for an hour later where they could probably squeeze me in. Though they were busy when I came back, they were kind, polite, and managed to squeeze me in quickly and get me back on the road.
Though I didn’t share it at the time, they were my third attempt to get the tire repaired that afternoon and were able to ensure that I could safely complete a several hour trip scheduled that afternoon!

“I had an exceptional experience with Warren Tire last evening. Just 40 minutes before closing, I arrived with very low pressure in one tire. Sam immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was caused by 2 large nails in my tire. “Trish was amazing. I walked into the shop at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon after recently purchased a used car that needed brakes immediately. She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the cost associated with. She had compassion and empathy for my situation and worked with me to get my vehicle in a safe condition. Before I left she personally checked the tire pressure and made sure they were to spec. She did all this without batting an eye that is was late on a Friday afternoon or that I was frazzled with my situation. I wish I could give her and her team more stars. Great customer service and overall experience.”

“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”

Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!”

“I got a BOLT in my tire and on my way there got a nail in my other tire, just my luck. But David and Joe took care of me and plugged up both tires and when I got my car back the same day, they told me they rotated my tires FOR FREE. I’ve had to go to different auto repair shops for a couple different reasons but definitely the best experience i’ve had so far.

“Went for an oil change for my son's car last Saturday! My son said it was overfilled with oil and smelled oil! Took the car back,and told them the problem they looked at it made sure everything was okay! They were super , rechecked the car put it on the lift! Took my son out to look at what was done! Bottom line they were top shelf, customer service was phenomenal Jake and the two mechanics were very efficient and cordial! Also as a woman I didn't feel they were taking me for a ride! Good jobs! Just call them, and drop off your car. We just had a surprise flat on a front tire, and they had it back to us later the SAME DAY. Don't waste your time elsewhere. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!!”
