“I am leaving four stars only because my grandmother very much enjoys being seen by this practice. However, the medical assistant, whose name is RENNE is the absolute most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude person we have ever encountered at a medical facility. RENNE had absolutely no patience or tolerance to allow my family member even five seconds to answer a question. Out of respect for my family member, I will not go into detail about what Renee said, but whatever you could imagine being absolute mean, rude, and disrespectful… imagine it. If you have ever had to deal with RENNE I am sorry. I hope this practice gets rid of her. The doctor is great. RENNE is ruining the atmosphere of this place.”

“My husband was the first in our family to start going here!! He sees Dr. Sean!! Doc as we call him has been absolutely amazing. My husband had a stroke and because it was workman's comp related, it was impossible to find or get into a doctor in a timely manner for his follow-ups and everything. We talked to Doc who my husband had already been seeing for years. And without hesitation he stepped up and took over my husband's follow-up care. The whole office is amazing. From the nurses to the receptionist. So I needed a new doctor and I opted for the PA Gabby, she is the most awesome ever. Caring, compassionate and really listens to you. Then my dad needed a new doctor so I immediately said I am getting you in with Doc. It is a drive for my dad who lives almost an hour away, but I knew Doc was who he needed. He is also kind, has a great bedside manner and compassionate. They all take the time to explain things to you in normal terms and not all the medical jargon. Would never go anywhere else!!!”

“Love this office! They are always available to see our kids the same day when they are sick. With confidence I can say that even when the waiting room is packed, the providers make sure to give my boys quality care and not rush through our concerns. One of my boys needed an urgent cardiologist appointment and Dr. Dyson got on the phone with cardiology and we were able to see them right after our appointment at Orchard Park Peds! This office is a HUGE upgrade from our old pediatrician, who would send us to urgent care for a simple strep test. Dr. Dyson and Anne have always taken wonderful care of our boys and I have no doubt that this office will continue giving them amazing care throughout their teen years.”
