DB was so nice, helpful, and patient while we waited on the phone with Metro. That said, the call center did not solve the problem and actually lied to me so I ended up going to a different carrier. But at least DB was nice!

Our awesome sales girl... Carolina... Was very knowledgeable and very personable and went above and beyond to help us... The store is very clean and organized.. I highly recommend visiting the store
