“I have been trying for 2 months calling Verizon Customer service which is transferred overseas and after 7 different attempts and promises that the issue is resolved it would turn out nothing was resolved. I finally went to the Verizon store on southpark av in Hamburg and spoke to “Kate” who works there on Mondays. She was sooooo helpful and sweet..she stayed on the line with customer service for 35 minutes while I was there. I have 7 times previously done the same, 27-40 minutes every time on offshore customer service. I had to leave due to an appointment but she stayed on the line and texted me that she got the situation resolved for me. I hope Verizon realizes how lucky they are to have her.”
“DB was so nice, helpful, and patient while we waited on the phone with Metro. That said, the call center did not solve the problem and actually lied to me so I ended up going to a different carrier. But at least DB was nice!”

No contracts .cannot ask for more .
Had Verizon fios and was paying double .
