Every time we go it's clean, employees approach us to help us, people are friendly, and they have what we need. Today I did a return that was entirely hassle-free. The last time my husband and I went an employee spent 15 minutes with us helping us find the right-sized screw for a project. The time before an employee walked me to my destination because he wasn't 100% sure where something was and he wanted to make sure I found it. @HomeDepot corporate, if you ever read your Yelp reviews I hope you see this and give all your Hawthorne employees a raise and the managers a bonus. @Hawthorne Home Depot manager, leaving you a message with your manager on duty now...”

“KRB is like a giant toy store for any contractor. Front end service is a little miserable but I can deal with that. I'm sure they were exhausted and nothing to worry about. I still got great service and a great price. Wish I could have made an account there as a new contractor but no one asked; just to get my company name on my receipt.Overall....5 stars. FYI....bring a truck. Getting there is tough! Tight, lumpy driveway but it's worth it!!!! Love em”

They had exactly what I wanted, making it a smooth experience.The cash out area also gave me an experience of its own. The customer service in that area was very helpful. “Going to the Home Depot at the Palisades mall was a great experience. I found everything that I was looking for right away. The salespeople here actually stop to assist you. They are courteous, informative, articulate, and professional. The salesperson in the appliance department was extremely helpful in showing us the differences between the various washing machines and refrigerators.”

“I always come here for gardening tools and plants. They offer a great selection at reasonable prices. There's parking always available and the shop carry's a variety of items. This Home Depot location is rather large compare to the other ones. Most of them carry the same bonsai trees, money trees , orchids and lots of flowers. I also saw they had nice tiles so I'm definitely going to come back to check out those. Also I agree with the reviews it was difficult to find people around the store but we just kind of wondered around it would be nice to have an expert that knows about gardening more available.”

“I purchased a beautiful macramé cat bed/perch from Etsy that didn’t stay on the wall with the hardware provided from the seller. I messaged the seller but I am impatient so I went to Home Depot (That is after another hardware store told me that it was impossible to hang, without first hanging plywood to attach it to) Ariel M from the hardware department took that as a challenge and told me to give him a couple of minutes to try and figure it out. A couple of minutes later he came back to me with a solution and helped me find everything that I needed. His idea worked great! He is the definition of great customer service.”

“I am not a huge fan of this home depot due to it being always busy and crowded but I gave it a five star review because of one employee, Stacy (plumbing). while I was there she helped several costumers including myself and still found time to double check if I had everything I needed. I informed her of my DIY project to change my under sink dishwasher branch but was confused on how the pipe should be installed, being my first time.She was kind enough to make sure I had the exact branch I needed, advised on all the tools I would need to install and show me how to put the piece together so I have an easier time installing. Thanks to Stacy, the install took 5 minutes and more importantly absolutely no leaks.Definitely need more Stacys in the customer service world.”

“Please notice that most of the really negative reviews are from years ago. That said, I completely believe what Kate wrote. My experience is that the present management is courteous, competent and helpful. I'm in the store 2 times a month or more and am very pleased to have them here in Hastings. They give me 5 star service but I'm male. I think the problem lies with one employee and not the others. Under the previous ownership, there were some exceptionally helpful people and one total j**** I just avoided the j*** and received exceptional service.”
