“I needed a part for a paint sprayer. I walked in, showed it to one of the staff. They knew exactly what it was and where it was. I paid and I was out the door in less than 5 mins. In THE BIG store the employee would have looked at it, not known what it was, not want to figure it out, and told me they don’t have it. What refreshing service! Thank you!”

“I called North East Equipment just three days before a major storm, and they had my snowblower repaired and back to me right away. Very professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.”

“What helpful people here. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Though I live about 10 miles away, I will only use them. Their customer service is outstanding. I don’t unfortunately remember the gentlemen’s name that helped us, but he came from Ridgewood. Thank you so so much for your help”
