He doesn't oversell, always handles sales personally and makes you feel heard and valued. Assembly and installation is exceptional. His team is always prompt and very polite. “I keep coming back, This place is such a gem. The clothing selection is stylish, well-curated, and feels genuinely different from the usual chain stores. “Very nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They helped us equip our son for Little League. They told us that his old batting helmet still fit perfectly and did not try to sell us a new one. They also helped find a bat for him, taking us outside of the store and giving him several options to swing and test out. All in all, super friendly and thoughtful service that is impossible to get online.”

I was quite indecisive when choosing between several pairs of sneakers, but thanks to his patience and assistance, I not only made a selection but ultimately purchased two pairs. “Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store.The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for.I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies.This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! The customer service at this Adidas store was hands down the best in the entire mall. My friend and I had been shopping for hours, and Adidas was our last stop. We were tired and indecisive, but the tall white guy working there (I wish I could remember his name!) was beyond amazing. He helped us find the right sizes, gave great advice, and was super, super, super patient with us as we tried on multiple pieces. His kindness and professionalism made our shopping experience so much better. Thank you for the outstanding service!”

I walked in looking for sneakers for my niece’s birthday, and the staff was very patient helping me find the right size and style since I’m not too familiar with all the new trends. The store even has a sale rack I need to come back for! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.”
