“After mom's passing I was sent her original wedding ring set and the ring that replaced that. Imagine being able to go into your local jewelers and find a friend and trustworthy jeweler who didn't care that you were obviously grieving or that you looked like maybe you should have taken a moment and thought about coming in at all. Debra explained all the options to me including melting the shanks down and adding them to the newly re invented rings. She first had a wax casting made to help me decide if this was what I wanted to go ahead with. She sent me videos of the progress and texts w questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. More than that she wanted to make sure that I knew what I wanted. When I went in to collect mom'srings, Debra opened the box and as I turned, I caught sight of them and they took my breath away with a gasp. I saw exactly what I was hoping to see. I saw my mom in those rings. Why would I go anywhere else with such a caring, personal, and flawless experience from La Gravinese Jewelers in Armonk. Thank you Debra!!I'll be back!!”

“Everything was very organized and the space is quite large and open. When I arrived, only two employees and one other customer were there. I was asked if I needed any help, I didn't, and I was able to browse the entire store. They have a good range of inventory but not a lot of one-of-a-kind beads or stones. This isn't a boho-kind of shop. Things are fairly conventional. The front of the store shows finished items and staff work, some for sale, some just for display. I didn't buy anything this time around but I was very tempted.”

“Went here on the suggestion of a neighbor. I went one day myself to look at wedding bands and was helped by Nanette. I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted but had a few ideas. She was extremely friendly and helpful and let me look at/try on many styles. She then told me if I had pictures of ideas to email her son, Michael, who is the gemologist and he could either bring some things from their Manhattan location or custom design something for me. Once I narrowed down what I wanted, I emailed Michael with a few photos. He responded that he had a few similar in Manhattan and that he would bring them to Rye. I then made an appointment to see Michael and the rings with my fiancé. One of them was perfect and so I chose that (white gold with 3 small baguettes) and then Michael helped my fiancé choose his band (black tungsten). We were treated with patience and courtesy every time, in person and over email or the phone, and the jewelry is great quality. My now husband and I will be back for other jewelry needs in the future! Thank you to everyone at Royal Jewels of Rye!”

It looks beautiful and dare I say I like it better than the original. The repair was flawless and the service top notch. I have had a few repairs done here recently and have had great experiences.
