“I had a great experience at the Verizon store on Chili Ave in Rochester the other day. I walked in expecting the usual long wait and confusing phone plan talk, but Nathan, the rep who helped me, completely changed that. Right away he greeted me and asked what I needed, and I explained that my phone had been acting up and I was thinking about upgrading but wasn’t sure what my options were. Nathan took the time to walk me through a few different phones and plans without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. He even showed me a couple settings on my old phone that I didn’t know about and helped transfer all my photos and contacts when I decided to upgrade. The whole process was smooth and honestly way less stressful than I expected. By the time I left, everything was set up and working perfectly, and Nathan made sure I knew how to use the new features before I walked out. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a phone store. ?”

“Kevin came to my home for an estimate of Frame TV, Beamer and Mini Subwoofer. Rates competitive with big box places near by. We scheduled my installation and he and his partner( brother Mark) definitely knew how to install. Kevin is wonderful with the technology. I definitely believe in this day and age you need someone like Kevin to install your system. He and Mark had it up in no time. And he had came back when a tech problem needed attention. We are lucky to have such a great product in the Rochester area. Capitalize on it. Again, 5 ⭐️!!!”

“Thank you Mario, I went to 3 different places to try and get my phone fixed and I knew it was something simple with the processor I was quoted wild prices and some told me they couldn’t help but… Mario went above and beyond to fix the problem I’m talking about full on focused ? even tho I knew it’s something they don’t really fix he ended up getting it fixed for me and helped me add another line for my business practice it my guy

“I visited today with a ring we found that we thought for sure was gold...soft like gold 22K insignia And tested it on ceramic!!! They did a chemical test and apparently it was not gold!!!.... on the hunt to figure out what it is!!”
“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

I got the DREAM, it's been glitching, not sure of the problem, have to take it back if it continues. Yet besides that I'm satisfied. “I went in to upgrade a phone and add a line. The 2 people who were working at that time were excellent! I had all 3 of my children with me and my 2 year old got restless, understandably. Mari (not sure how to spell her name.. I know I’m probably way off.. sorry) connected her tablet to WiFi and got to work on our services. They were attentive and very patient with us, explained everything I needed I had questions about, and we left within a realistic timeframe for what we were getting. This is my T-Mobile for as long as they’re at this location!”

“The coffee tasted BURNT!! On a few occasions. But besides that it’s a great location. The coffee section is very clean. The food is fresh (as fresh as it can be)
Gas is a good price here too.
The employees here are always great, happy and polite. Take care of the employees, they keep it clean!”
