Metro by T-Mobile provides a great experience with helpful and knowledgeable associates. Staff are patient and thorough, addressing all concerns and giving insight. They are eager to enlighten customers about phones and service plans, not just rush a sale. Associates provide excellent help solving issues quickly and offer the best deals on phones and plans. The store has also been known to provide gifts like back-to-school supplies, book bags, and free speakers. Customers are very appreciative and plan to visit the store again.
