“Ronnie goes on and beyond he really cares and genuinely likes to help people. I havent done any banking in person since my old chase of peninsula blvd closed down, miss the drive thru and Miss Marie, but yeah I feel there are not much personal interaction like it used to be. Everything is digital or online or a phone call after hours getting someone who puts you on hold a bunch of times without any guidance or advice on options to better your credit.
