“We stopped here recently on our Rockaway adventure!My buddy and I were picking uo dinner for the gang, but he needed some cash first. He went inside, and used the ATM. Came out lickety-split!The staff inside is always very nice! And they keep the place clean. Since it is on an island, almost everyone knows each other there and people pick up their trash and don't stuck gum everywhere.Just like all banks, their hours are too short lol! Nut the 24 hour ATM is great! And since not too many people live on the island, there is never a line or anything like that. All in all, it is a nice Citibank. It's located inside the small shopping center so good luck with parking! There is not enough spots. Bit that is Rockaway Bwach in general, no parking anywhere lol!”

What occurred was that one day I went with my brother to the bank since he doesn't speak English, next to us was a women who was about 80 years old listening to my brother and I speaking, she made a racist comment stating that "Here in America you don't speak Spanish and Trump would deport everyone to Mexico". I know that the bank doesn't have fault in this but I would like for the bank to make it aware to it the public that everyone deserves respect and should be treated equally despite your race or language. It was very shocking to hear such hate and I told the bank employee about this event.”
