I remember when it was Roosevelt Savings Bank.
Then it was another for the longest time. Now its Flagstar.
Silly name...ok branch, but I wish it had Sunday hours.
Car loan rates are high...even for regular subscribers.
Employees try to get everything right...but always double - check.”

“I’ve been visiting this Chase bank in Hewlett about twice a week for the past two years, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently excellent. From the moment you walk through the door, everyone is very respectful and welcoming. The staff always greets you and asks how you’re doing, which really makes the experience feel personal rather than transactional. If things aren’t too busy, they even take a moment to make short conversation, which adds a nice touch and shows they genuinely care about their customers.
