“Banking experience with Citibank has always been great. I only use the ATM at this location for my banking transactions. The 5 star is because I am happy with the service here and have no issues.
Unfortunately this morning I had a bad experience at your location. As usual dropped by to deposit some money and then just waited a while to check my Citi App on the phone.
There seems to be this man who seems to be spending the night sleeping in the bank for the past couple of months. As unusual as that sounds, we all go about minding our own business. This morning the man was awake when I stopped by and then confronted me by asking me to leave the store after I checked my app from the transaction I just made and things got a little heated in the moment.
Not sure if there are other customers who have been experiencing the same with this total stranger or should I say homeless if that’s the right word. I hope the management takes notice of this situation and deal with the individual appropriately cause it sets a bad image for the location.
Funny to say that I was told by the man to leave by doing business with the bank, but who will tell the guy to leave who is spending every night sleeping in the bank premises to leave”
