“I love this 7-11 location & not quite sure why my fellow Yelp friend have it 1 star. They have a great coffee bar with more flavored cream options than any other location I've seen!!! The kid who works here always has great music blasting & is super friendly :) it's down the block from my house & the convenience is superb for me! I will continue to frequent this location all the time except in the am since it's the opposite direction of where I need to head to!! This location is well stocked & clean & I appreciate it very much :)”

“I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly! Whoever comes to this store and is lucky enough to have her help will be sure to have their problem handled. She is very thorough and clearly puts the customer first. Metro is lucky to have America represent them in such a customer-facing role!”
