She patiently explained the return process, answered all my questions, and even assisted me in communicating with Amazon to make sure everything was handled correctly. “Normally you know what to expect when going to UPS. Same experience at each one. But this one was different. I was helped by Daniel, I believe he might be the manager. He was courteous, friendly, and made the exchange feel like I was working with a friend, not that I was just another person in line. Most other UPS stores made me feel like I was on an assembly line. Wait in line, do my business, leave. But Daniel went above and beyond to make the experience personal. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. The location also was a one stop shop with multiple services, like passports, mailboxes, etc, not just shipping. I definitely will use this location again, especially if I get to work with him, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who wants excellent personal service.”

The other day i stopped at the Massapequa store on Merrick Rd. The only reason I sometimes use that place is for Amazon return drop-offs. It's convenient when I shop in the Plaza. I needed to buy a box to ship something, and the price was $10.49. Ok, thought it was expensive but after I paid for it, they said it was out of stock and refunded me. Then went to my usual UPS in Farmingdale and the same exact box was $4.95.... The counter person couldn't believe it until I showed her my receipts. She explained that UPS stores are independently owned without price regulations. She looked them up and noticed that their shipping rates were on average 15 - 20% higher than the Farmingdale store as well.
They are a total ripoff!!!
I suggest that you do all your business at the Farmingdale store where they have always been honest, friendly and efficient!”

“I mailed a package on 4/13, to my home. Unfortunately I lost my tracking sheet because I took a plane home and probably missed placed it and it had the wrong address on it. Call the store and they were extremely helpful. I finally received it today!

“I go there often for returns and they are always friendly and helpful. I have a store right by my house but I choose to drive a little farther to go to the Franklin Square one on Dogwood Avenue. Always smiling faces. Even when busy they are handling everything with grace.”

“Every time I go there I’m always attended with the best service. This nice young man in specific, I believe his name is Enrique, is the sweetest of them all. He’s always very respectful and looking to solve any customers problems. He’s a charming young man and I look forward to seeing him every time I go to the store. The reason why I’ve become a regular customer at that ups store is because of him. I travel 30 minutes only to get to see him and of course receive the best service. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 store.”

Most of the bad reviews here are from the customers/people in the area who are just difficult people or they just don’t understand how things work, I’m a regular here and have seen first hand multiple customers be difficult with the guys here when they are simply just doing their jobs, this place is great, the only thing I tell people to look out for is they can’t take UPS or Amazon QR codes and they don’t have access to FedEx Accounts there.
Other than those two things I highly recommend this place!”
