Maria was so patient and knowledgeable with everything from choosing the best phones for my kids, to which discounts I should be using to get the best plan prices. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. She worked with me over the phone and then again when I returned to the store for some assistance. She really is the sweetest and I keep telling people how easy she made everything. Thanks Maria!”

“Every time I have to visit ' U Break I Fix ' I encounter great servicevpeople who are so knowledgeable , efficient and willing to help w any problem - on the spot. If the issue can be fixed while you wait, they will complete your repair. I am very impressed when I happen to be inside the store waiting and other customers come in with complicated problems. “This is one of my Favorite Verizon store…the owners of the store are really friendly and absolutely helpful.. I was there yesterday 03-09-2023. I had a carrier which i didn’t support e-sim so I came here, I switched up my carrier to Verizon and it was really quick…I got there around 6:30 and couldn’t finish my work before 7 (their closing time) the owner was really very friendly helping me after 7 to.. thank you…highly recommended.”
