“Went to iFixScreens in Hicksville to repair the screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Artie had the phone diagnosed in less than 10 min (to be sure it was the screen that was the issue, which it was) and had a new screen installed in 15-20 min. Less than 30 min. from start to finish and my phone is working perfectly and looks beautiful with the new screen. The comfy couch in front of the TV was a bonus while I waited. I will definitely be using Artie from this point forward and will be recommending him to my friends.”
“I was at this location about a week ago to port over my new phone. I was already a Metro customer, but my old phone got damaged and no longer turned on. I went in around 7:15pm and the store closes at 8. The rep, America, was helping someone else briefly while i waited. Once she started to help me, there was an issue with her system and what would otherwise be an easy process, ended up taking some extra time. Well, even though the store was closing, she was patient and persistent in helping me to a resolution. She called her supervisor, manager and even dealer support. She was kind, helpful and friendly! Whoever comes to this store and is lucky enough to have her help will be sure to have their problem handled. She is very thorough and clearly puts the customer first. Metro is lucky to have America represent them in such a customer-facing role!”

“This is one of my Favorite Verizon store…the owners of the store are really friendly and absolutely helpful.. I was there yesterday 03-09-2023. I had a carrier which i didn’t support e-sim so I came here, I switched up my carrier to Verizon and it was really quick…I got there around 6:30 and couldn’t finish my work before 7 (their closing time) the owner was really very friendly helping me after 7 to.. thank you…highly recommended.”

“Excellent service and almost magical repair. Brought my phone back from the brink of death! After it was stuck on the apple logo, I was sure it wasn't going to turn on again. But, I figured I should give it a try and voila! Almost like magic, the technician repaired my phone and got it working! Excellent place with excellent service. Would highly recommend!”
