“Gotta give credit when credit is due let’s all be honest here. Verizon is on the expensive side of the mobile carriers but they do have amazing offers like iPhone Pro, Max and Free I watch with it. How do you beat something like that ? when you walk into one of their stores you know you are in a premium store they actually have the device you want in the color that you want and they’re not telling you order it online to get that price they make it happen the manager, Mike S absolute standup guy and does everything to make sure you walk out with what you actually wanted none of what you didn’t no pressure sale and a boatload of product knowledge and experience but if you’re not looking for all that special stuff, how about this he’s super fast and knows what he’s talking about !!!”
“After being told by another Verizon store that something I wanted to do regarding purchasing a phone could not be done, I happened into Chris’ store, and not only did he show me how it could be done. He also made it happen while at the same time reviewing my subscriptions and saving me money which caused my new phone and program to cost less than the one I was getting rid of. Excellent job.”

I was ready to switch carriers after being a loyal customer for twenty years. However I needed a functioning device to do so. I went to my local Verizon for one last try. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. “Thanks to Asfia, Juan, Kevin the manager and the other helpful employees at this professionally run location Verizon lost another customer yesterday. I had just walked out of Verizon from across the street with an awful experience and almost gave up on trying to get a new phone. Upon walking into this AT&T I was greeted by Asfia who was extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the kind of customer service that should be recognized because I literally got my new iPhone 17 pro and ported my number from Verizon. It was a painless, easy and fast experience with an amazing team. I highly recommend this location! The manager Kevin really knows how to run his store! Top notch experience!”
