“Best experience ever! My dad and I share the line services and he had been with AT&T for almost a decade until bad things started to happen. We had a bunch of extra charges, also AT&T didn’t helps us with a trade-in process and they said the plan didn’t qualified to trade in, so at the end they kept my old phone and didn’t do nothing to fix the problem, so we decided to give it it a try with T-Mobile, we visited this store to made the transfer and we love it! We have been using the service for over a month now! And we are in love! Everything went perfect the manager was very understanding and the staff helped with the set up and everything; no extra charges at all so far, Thank you!!!!”
