“Came in during a small snow storm. Staff looked ready for any task that I was coming in with my vehicle. They were able to contact their local parts vendor and get the parts needed for my car. The manager was very helpful and so was his assistant. The tire team they have work in haste to swap out my tie rods, new tire, and alignment. The wait time to me felt the most minimum. I will for sure be a new customer going forward.”

“I recently brought my F250 into Everett Motors to have them fix my truck. I had my power steering pump replaced the day before I came to New York. During the trip the pump failed. I called Rob and he told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. They did an awesome job getting it fixed and Rob was a pleasure to work with. “Mechanics Chris Cuff, Luie, Christopher Gibbs and Gerald are all very well rounded, trained professionals with immense knowledge in the auto mechanics industry with great service and customer care! They have always been a go to for my family for decades! The small shop is a high-volume output shop they do it all and they do it very well! If you need anything done to your car, give them a call. They are very fair priced and worth bringing your vehicles to whether it's for an oil change, gas fill ups, alignments, tire rotations or even new tires, new rotors/brakes, tuneups, suspension/steering work, any type of electrical issues or even for a NYS Inspection they are the shop to go! They are a very well-connected when it comes to part distribution shops in the area so they can easily access parts for your vehicle usually within 20 minutes of calling it in! They do occasionally accept walk-ins from time to time, but it's always better that you call ahead of time and make an appointment. You will always be guaranteed fast, friendly, courteous service from the crew over there! They also have some of the cheapest fuel prices for 87 octane gas, 91 Premium Octane Non-ethanol gasoline, as well as very fair priced diesel, and grill propane cylinder exchanges in the area! They also offer towing services if you get stranded or get into a crash! They only have 4 lifts but the crew usually pumps out over a dozen cars a day! So give them a call at 845-339-5435 to schedule your next appointment! Or just stop in and talk to Chris Cuff! They are always open Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm 1pm-5pm with a 24hr towing service! You can also stop in and pay your heating oil bill with Brittan Graff!”

“Yet another fantastic experience at Franz led me to finally get around to writing this review. They truly care about their customers. I had an appointment to change over my tires to the summer set and they called me to tell me they couldn't do it because my summer tires were too worn and it was a safety issue, as they knew I'd be taking a huge road trip shortly. They then did NOT charge me for the labor, despite my protests! Rose spent some time going over my options for appropriate tires given my driving habits and terrain, and at the very end of the day to boot! And this is just the typical standard every time I go there. Cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“We were towing our travel trailer to New Hampshire on I-87. During a torrential downpour we our tire went flat. The wonderful emergency road service technician diagnosed our problem but was not able to fix it on the highway. He called ahead to Midas and escorted us to the service center. Midas was about to close, but Ted stayed late to change our faulty valve stem. We were helped by two wonderful individuals. My husband and I were really impressed with the service, knowledge and willingness to work late to help us. Many thanks to Ted and the MidasService Center in New Paltz, NY!”
