“Staples would always be part of me, so visited here for nostalgic purposes, definitely had a moment, the store is very clean and quiet, they have a decent selection of items, however, my only issue is that the music on the overhead is missing, there is no music in the store, so just check that and you'll be good to go, love the new program of the "Easy Rewards" as well, the shopping in store and also online is very convenient to gather points and help the store in general: Keep it up you guys:”
“If I could I would give 10 STARS solely based on our experience at the printing shop! James and Francesca literally saved our day! Thanks to them we were able to printout table seating, baby shower games and other activities. They were so incredibly helpful and they helped ensure I got the best pricing for everything. Also the store is fully stocked and we were able to get everything we need right in the store, ie acrylic holders for sign, poster boards etc. We can’t recommend this Staples enough! Thanks again James and Francesca!”
“They have exemplary customer service when I stop by in person, but I do keep getting other people’s mail. Also, the town isn’t all that big, if they set out at 07:10 to do their route(s), then why is it that In almost 10 hours it hasn’t arrived. I live not even 2 minutes away. Aside from that, they’re a grade A post office.”

“I'm equidistant from UPS in Ramsey and UPS in Wyckoff and what a difference. The store in Wyckoff is a pleasure. They are always efficient, helpful and friendly. I get so much accomplished in an atmosphere that is consistently professional and understands customer service. Pete and his crew provide that and the time and attention necessary to simply get a job done.”

Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.”

“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”

The negative reviews are all from years ago, and as far as I'm concerned this post office location is wonderful now!”

She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. “It’s a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so that’s helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didn’t have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.”
“Frequent customer at this location and the guys upfront (Scott, Oswald, Eric) have been nothing short of a delight and respectful and very helpful each and every time. With that being said, some reactions and reviews here give a false impression of this office to the public and are only based on what I have witnessed as customers having a lack of courtesy towards the gentlemen and wanting to be immune to the USPS policies. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”
