“We have been customers of the bank for over 17 years, in two different states. Both locations we used as our main branch gave impeccable service. The tellers go out of there way to recognize us & remember our names. It's a personal touch of each branch. We have also used the bank for other services, and have had nothing but top notch service. Another thing I appreciate about the bank, is they don't nickel and dime you on service fees alike other banks. Rather I have an acct with them or not, they understand if I'm happy with there services, I'm more likely to refer others to them.”

“We have been members of credit unions for over 40 years (would not consider a bank ever again if I had a choice) and members of Summit Federal Credit Union for over 9 years. Not sure about the negative reviews I read about them but I have always found them to be exceptionally customer oriented, professional and always answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. I have never called Summit and gotten a negative response. Their employees are exceptional and extremely helpful when the older generation (like me) have questions about accounts. We transfer money to our daughter and grandson quite often (who live out of the country) and everyone has always been helpful with paperwork needed to complete transactions. We are so glad SFCR exists and would not consider going anywhere else for our banking needs.”

“I walked into that bank one day the manager was nice to me and all I wanted was change and he was happy to do it for me.so I dont know why Linda would make up some type of lie because ive been in that bank in the past and never had an issue with them so its either you had an attitude or your being rude or something I dont know but as far as im concern your a liar.”
